How do I book an appointment?
You can call or text us at (786) 548-0254, email contact@vellariluxedetails.com, or fill out the contact form on our website. We recommend booking 2–3 days in advance for standard detailing services and 1–2 weeks ahead for paint correction or ceramic coating packages.
What areas do you serve?
We provide mobile detailing throughout Southwest Florida, including Naples, North Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero, and Fort Myers. Our team comes directly to your home, office, marina, or any convenient location within our service area.
What are your hours of operation?
We operate Monday through Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Early morning appointments may be available for clients who need their vehicle ready before work. Sunday is available by appointment only.
How does mobile detailing work?
Our mobile detailing service brings everything needed to complete the job directly to your location, including water, power, professional equipment, and premium detailing products. All we need is access to your vehicle and a reasonably flat working area such as a driveway, garage, or parking space.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, Zelle, and cash. Payment is due upon completion of the service. For recurring clients, we also offer monthly invoicing options.
Do you offer warranties on your work?
Yes. All ceramic coating applications include a written warranty ranging from 2 to 5 years, depending on the coating package selected. Our paint correction services include a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we will work with you to make it right.
Do I need to provide water or electricity?
No. Our mobile units carry their own water supply and power generators, allowing us to operate fully self-contained. However, if access to water or electricity is available, it can help speed up the process.
